Appleton Charity Events, Inc was formed generally and exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the InternalRevenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. These purposes specifically include, but are not limited to, designing, organizing, implementing, and executing responsible charitable events in Appleton, WI to donate money to support charities located in Appleton, WI or serving Appleton, WI and adjacent neighborhoods.
